DELIVERY INFORMATION:
Once your payment has been successfully received, we will email you with confirmation of your order. Your items will then be dispatched from our warehouse, either on the same working day if you order before 11:30am, or on the following working day if you order after 11:30am.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Your shipping cost is automatically calculated at the checkout.
UK: Next Working Day Delivery
If you order to a UK address, your order will be sent out on a next day delivery service via TNT and we will make every effort to get it to you quickly, however we are unable to guarantee that your order will arrive the following day as this is dependent on your region. If you order on Friday or over the weekend, your order will be dispatched on Monday morning and should be delivered to you on Tuesday.
Please be aware that UK bank holidays may delay your order; for example, if you place your order over a bank holiday weekend, it will not be dispatched until the Tuesday as this is the next working day.
Shipping is free either for orders where the quantity of cartons purchased is five or above, or where the subtotal (excluding VAT) is £400 or more. For orders containing less than five cartons, a flat rate of £2.50 per carton (excluding VAT) will be charged. For example, if you order three cartons, the shipping cost will be £7.50 (excluding VAT).
EU: 3-5 Working Day Delivery
If you order to an EU address, then there may be additional duty charges to incur on these goods. We process and deliver orders on DAP incoterms and require a EORI number before being able to dispatch any goods.
Shipping is based on the country that the goods are to being delivered to. Each EU country comes under one of the four below zones.
Please note that we are unable to deliver web orders to addresses in Spain, Iceland or Serbia, however, a member of our worldwide sales team will be in touch if you fill in our registration form.
